Stacy F. Everson is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Public Health. She has national certification in developmental disabilities and family life education. She is the Founder & Executive Director of SEEDS Educational Services, Inc. She specializes in social-sexual education, speaking/trainings, work-shops & conferences, coordinating and collaboration with other agencies in creating effective educational tools and opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. Dr. Kathryn Pedgrift
Director of Curricula Development
Kathryn Pedgrift, Psy.D. has been working with SEEDS since 1999 as a teacher, writer, and advocate. She has a master’s degree in Special education and doctorate in Clinical psychology. Kathryn is the co-author of the Array of Color’s curricula, Abuse Awareness and Prevention, Sexuality, as well as our How to be Fire Safe programs. Kathryn has worked with people who have developmental disabilities in a variety of contexts including forensic settings, in-patient and out-patient settings, schools, and diagnostic clinics. Kathryn (Kate) Wilson has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Rehabilitative Science from San Diego State University. She joined the SEEDS staff in 2008, teaching SEEDS adult classes. Organizational Development Specialist
Dee Randolph holds a Master's degree in Education from San Diego State University and currently analyzes business models and makes recommendations to determine the most effective interventions to increase organizational visibility. At SEEDS, Dee assists with the management of grant projects, editing, and implementation coordination.
